Minerva’s Owls of Bath sponsor The Ivy Bath Brasserie has created a limited edition cocktail for their customers to enjoy at the bar and restaurant from Monday 6th August until the end of the trail on Monday 10th September.
In keeping with their stylish and sophisticated decor and menu, the Ivy Roy-Owl is a playful twist on their house cocktail The Ivy Royale, and has been created in celebration of the Minerva’s Owls of Bath campaign. There is no better way to enjoy one of these summery tipples than upon the brasserie’s roof terrace, the perfect place to enjoy some lovely weather and al fresco dining from the a la carte menu.
Importantly, visitors can also visit Cornucopi-owl, the restauarant’s own Minerva’s Owl designed by award-winning local artist, Richard Twose, which is situated outside The Ivy Bath Brasserie at 39 Milsom Street.
