Fabulously talented 17 year old Bath artists Naomi Johns is decorating an Owlet for The Owlery in Newton St Loe.

Naomi’s owlet will be completely decorated with… yes, Owls! Can you guess which species these owls are?

The Owlery forms part of a Bird of Prey Rescue Centre at Newton St Loe and features a spacious, netted pen where visitors who wish to can handle, feed and experience the thrill of having a trained owl ‘fly to the glove’ in a supervised, indoor environment.

Newton St Loe is just 3 miles west of Bath so why not swoop over to see their beautiful collection of owls, from a super-impressive European Eagle Owl to Ghost the Barn Owl and the very cute Kofi, the white-faced Scops Owl.
