An Owlet was welcomed to Twerton Infant School and Nursery by a group of artistic 6 and 7 year old children, chosen to decorate their owlet for this summer’s Owls of Bath sculpture trail.

The owlet was donated to the school by the Bath Percent Club and will be displayed in a mini ‘parliament’ of decorated owlets at the Bath Central Library from the end of June.

Headteacher George Samios said: “We are very excited to have been invited to join this exciting project by the Bath Percent Club. Many of us can still remember the fun we had searching for Bladud’s Pigs around Bath 10 years ago. The challenge will be to arrive at one design, from the many brilliant ideas that the children are already coming up with.”
