Our new Owls in Transit van will soon become a familiar sight around Bath, as Owls and Owlets are delivered to artists and sponsors around the city and surrounding region.

The Ford Transit van has been very generously loaned to the project for nearly 10 months by Allen Ford, which also provided vans for the team’s ‘Lions of Bath 2010’ and ‘Swans of Wells 2012’ public art events.

“It’s a cracking cause,” says Allen Ford’s Business sales executive Gary Milkins. “Businesses across the city are coming together to support the Minerva’s Owls project and, having been involved in the ‘Lions of Bath 2010’ event, we are more than happy to partner another of these hugely popular city-wide sculpture trails in support of local charities”.

The Allen Ford dealership has a network of 19 locations across the south of England, including Bath and Swindon, and has been involved with the Ford Motor Company for over 100 years.

Allen Ford Bath supplies new and used cars and regional businesses are supported by their specialist advisers. They also provide after sales support from their dedicated service centre and are a leading supplier of Ford parts and accessories for all models.

Check out the Bath showroom at Lower Bristol Road, which is open 7 days a week and has customer parking at the rear.  Nearest train station is Oldfield Park.

Big hoot-out for Allen Ford!  Twit twoo!
