Gold Sponsor The Bath Percent Club has chosen Bath artist Emma Rose to decorate its spectacular Owl sculpture and has donated its Owlet to Twerton Infant School for them to decorate and display as part of the Minerva’s Owls of Bath trail this summer.  The owlet will belong to Twerton Infant School at the end of the event.

The Bath Percent Club encourages charitable giving by local businesses and has over 150 business members committed to giving back to the local community. Membership is free and quarterly business networking events are held to which two charity speakers are invited. Businesses meet like-minded businesses and local charities are able raise awareness about the work they do within the local community.

A spokesperson for The Bath Percent Club said: “The Percent Club is delighted to take part in Minerva’s Owls sculpture trail. Our members include over 150 local businesses committed to giving charitable support. We hope that ‘Minerva’s Owls’ will not only raise thousands of pounds for charity, but will also have a city wide economic impact on many businesses.”

Artist Emma Rose said: I am thrilled to have been sponsored to paint an Owl by the Bath Percent Club, which I hugely admire.  Their members pledge a percentage of their profits and time to help deserving Bath based charities and I can’t wait to dedicate 100% of my creativity to decorating one of the gorgeous Minerva’s Owls sculptures.”
